Tasting Notes
The recipe for this surface ripened cheese has developed over the years and is producing a luscious and clean flavour typical of a Camembert style.
The Camembert has a pure white surface and a chalky centre when young. As it matures the centre becomes soft and custardy and it develops a full rich flavour with just a slight hint of mushroomy characters.
