French style goat milk cheese covered with tarragon.

Tasting Notes

French style goat milk cheese dusted with French Tarragon. Arragon is made only when fresh Tarragon is in season, December through to February.

Our Chevre is whipped to a creamy consistency, lightly salted then infused with organic fresh French Tarragon.

The Tarragon gives it an almost sweet aniseed flavour.

Delicious served with good bread, tossed through a garden salad or perfect for an interesting cheese platter.
